Could Internet Addiction Disrupt Brain's Connections?

    I know with me, I am partial to OCD-like traits when it comes to being online. I'll get on just to check my mail and 3 hrs later, I'm logging off. WTH?!
    (I am a news junkie though, and since news sites have allowed readers comments, that sucks me in a lot reading or posting)

    Or, I'll come here to check what's knew, and end up in bed with this site alll day! WTH?!
    (though that usually occurs when there's a hot topic going on that I'm drawn into).

    However, I can also take it or leave it. I can abandon the Web for weeks and not miss it, oddly enough. Though I never actually know when I'll be drawn in for hours - it can take just one link -

    If it does, I guess the 3 functional neurons that I inherited are already fried then.
