Actually, according to the National Review Donald Sterling is, in fact, a registered Republican. He's apparently only given money to Democrats here and there but he has yet to change his party affiliation.

Yeah but those types are in very short supply these days, especially in the South. If Sterling weren't Jewish he'd probably win a lot of elections if he ran for office down here.

There are the conservative Jewish synagogues. There are quite a few in South Florida.

Why are we even giving these sub-morons airtime? He would say women were better off before they had rights too. In fact he has probably said it a hundred times in his life. The worst punishment for these types, is to be ignored.

Thanks for that research Since1980. The Washington Post mentioned that as well. I knew that rascal is a Republican. He did gave to Democrats but,it was long ago. Bliss did not check out the facts.

    Since, let's be real here...
According to the article, "his political donations appear to have been exclusively to Democrats",
please explain why a Republican would donate exclusively to the opposition party?

On top of that, "Sterling donated from 2009-2013.$135,000 to:
    The Museum of Tolerance,
    United Negro College Fund
    The Black Business Association

    Sterling's tax donation form.

Now I know mother Jones showed this document below, but I see no name.. do you?
I think they should show his name at least.

You are incorrect, Soulthinker. I did look into it, the rascal is a Democrat. Not even the radical left-wing website Mother Jones has produced solid evidence so far.

Perhaps you will also find this comment interesting…

Furthermore, The NAACP now want to 'forgive him' and expressed their desire to continue their relationship with him, the Democrat.

It matters because Jews always whine about being discriminated against so the last thing i expect a Jew to do is to discriminate against ANYBODY. Got it oreoman?

What is generalisation about all Jews whining about the holocaust or pogroms. It is a fact and whether you wanna accept it or not is on you. Now why dont you run along and go play with the people whose skin colour you wish you had

I have some Jewish friends who are not constantly referring to the Holocaust and they are also sharply critical of Israel and some don't even think the state should exist as it currently does. I do know some who are also so Jewish-centric that they barely speak to non-Jews/goys/gentiles. It runs the gamut.

Very true but i dont know ANY true Jew who has said the holocaust didnt exis, I stand to be corrected though. I also just realised that i was mixing up this piece of shit with Donald Sterling who is the Jew

I don't know ANY PERSON with any sense who questions the occurrence of the Holocaust. That's right alongside proponents of "happy slaves" in the wingnut catalog.

I remember a conversation I had with a white guy about Mel Gibson's father's ant-semitic rants. He asked me that if it(the holocaust) happened, why didn't the Jews fight back. I said that the Jews probably thought that this wasn't going to last long and that they would be left alone to live out their lives. Sadly, they were wrong. Some Jews did fight back.

Wow. That's heavy. I've never met anyone that thought that way. I know they're out there, just never met any personally.

There's probably a number of reasons for that. For example, maybe in all those races the candidate he gave money to was the candidate most likely to win. That's what a lot of donors do, they get in on the ground floor in exchange for favors down the road. Gray Davis did become governor, after all. Patrick Leahy is still serving in the Senate.

And even then, he gave at most a few thousand dollars to a handful of Democrats over a decade ago. A few thousand dollars may be a lot to you or I but to someone worth over a billion dollars? That's the kind of money he'd probably find in his sofa cushions. That's a lot like saying that dollar I put into a collection plate years ago makes me a devout, evangelical Christian. Conservative media outlets are trying to make it sound like the guy's holding $1,000 a plate fundraisers for any random city councilman with a D in front of his name.

    Then there's this:https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3.documentcloud.org/documents/1149731/dts-voter-reg.pdf

    Yep, he's a registered Republican.

Those are probably tax write-offs. But even then Sterling's a goddamn billionaire. His car probably cost more than that! Again, it's a very small amount of his assets given to a very small number of organizations.

I would have told that guy that it's pretty tough to fight back when an entire government has essentially declared you to be the enemy. Not many ethnic groups have the kind of firepower to take on a nation.

Especially a group of generally pacifist, academics and professionals. Those that did fight back and were part of partisan movements were often working class, fishermen, farmers, carpenters, from the countryside who were used to hardship. And like Gorath said, I don't think they had any inkling that Hitler was actually doing anything like his 'Final Solution' until it was too late.

Neither have I and I hope I never do. The conversation that we'd have would not be pleasant.
