Rouge Referees (always white) = KKK (rouge law enforcement against blacks)
Black players = Workers = Slaves (make little to nothing compared to Owners)
White Coaches = Managers = Plantation lieutenants (keep the slaves in line and make sure they are working/performing)

A basketball owner has no problem paying 8 black players $50 million per year, when 2 of those black players can get 3-4 million black people to pay $250 for a pair of shoes, not including buy Sprite and Gatorade.
