It seems that the Clippers have found a new owner. The new man signing the checks appear to be former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. The price tag a whopping $2 Billion shattering the previous record for an NBA team set just a couple months ago for the Bucks ($550 m) and second only to the LA Dodger sale price ($2.1B) for a pro sports team in North America.
