Can Working out Improve your job performance?

    I would definitely say that working out improves your job performance, especially if you have a desk job. I've only been back in the gym for a little over two weeks and I'm already sleeping better at night, which leaves me a lot less tired and groggy throughout the day. Now I know that when I'm at work I won't start to drag around 2 or 2:30.

    It also makes me a lot more focused. Having something to look forward to after work makes my workday a lot more productive overall. Even better, things that would drive me insane or grate on my nerves a short while ago don't bother me nearly as much now.
