    Why? Wouldn't it just be a hybrid of two plants and not to be confused with genetically altered plants. I think it would be perfectly safe.

    NOT WITHOUT FDA APPROVED FIRST.

    To me, I don't think it's good idea to altered those genetically altered plants. I'd rather to get good FDA approved from them, telling us that it's safe to eat, then I will.

    But, hey, I'd love to try something new. You learn something new everyday! :smt042

    I'd eat. The only thing I don't like about celery is how quickly it expires.

    I don't trust the FDA as far as I can throw 'em, and that is to say, not at all.

    They have approved SO many things that aren't fit to consume that I question the viability of their existence at this point.
