Butterface Calendar - ideas!

I saw another gal post some shots from a photo shoot that she'd done of a "wild girl" so I've been inspired to start this thread.

I'm a photographer - out of work at the moment - and need to keep busy (that way I can get out of your guys hair, right?). I have a homegirl that is a special effects gore make up artist and she and I have been kicking around the idea of creating a 'butter face' calendar. I'm thinking super hot chick - naked (soft core), some sort of themed prop for the month, and effects makeup to get her mug as foul looking as possible. You know.... sexy in every department.. but her face.

I think it's a fun/funny idea and if I get started soon we could have it out in time for halloween. What do you guys think? AND... what are some good(but i really mean BAD) looks/concepts? The makeup artist is legit so the sky is the limit. I was thinking unibrow, hair lip, albino, burn victim... what else? I need 12.
