I wish I'd get beat up by a bus driver, I need some money.

 

In the Dade County and Broward County Transit systems, passengers are advised not to disturb the driver during travel. On a crowded bus, I can see where the rule applies. But this? Either the passenger asked the wrong question for him to react they way he did or the driver had a very bad day and took out his frustrations on the passenger. This is a multi-million dollar lawsuit and the passenger will win. Count on it.

 

couldnt see vid. if this is the story i think it is..the teen attacked the driver first. the mistake the driver made was leaving the wheel.

Wow. That was really hard to watch. Is there anything further on this story? Was the driver punished? Was the passenger badly hurt? I don't know which was worse, watching him being punched or watching him being dragged off the bus like a sack of potatoes. So demeaning.

no. very basic and old phone. gonna get better one later. i saw a news report bout bus driver beating the brakes on a teen after teen attacked him. he allowed bus to roll smashing cars. it was crazy.

True. He should be able to be a "soft" dude safely riding a bus home. And I don't give a shit how stressed the driver is, that doesn't authorize him to start pounding on people whenever he feels like it. I'm stressed right now. Can I go next door a slap the taste out of someone's mouth? That guy wasn't exactly a Poindexter, so I'm wondering if he knew the dude was going to blow and let him do that because he knew the camera was on and the driver would incriminate himself. I hope he sues the living daylights out of that hoosier.

 

Sue the bus driver yes but suing the bus company sucks because it can result in a lot of dudes losing their job because of something they didn't even do

The dude is not crazy he is just a prick. It was noticeable that he wanted to get a feel for the passenger before he attacked him. He took the time to yell, walk up to the passenger for the intimidation factor, then push the guy and even put his finger in his face before the full assault. He is no different from the other 95 + percent of the population that will avoid a real fight at all costs.
