actually i believe his book is thumping BW on the head letting them know he that is time to stop the asperions against bm from bw and the so-called religous leaders and social commentators. Basically just listening to him and reading a series of excerpts of his book it is a lesson to bw and other races that the myth of a good bm is rare is just apocryphal.

Bm want a partner not an adversary. that is why he is going to the ww because they respect them and feel needed and wanted. the ww make feeled like a friend and a lover not a paycheck and a whipping boy.
