actually that isnt true, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland and even Boise and the ski towns are great, i lived there in the 90s and great for IRs just not in the eastern parts of Washington, Oregon and northern Idaho

same here in Philadelphia and up in Boston. St Louis in the city is no diff. sadly, but it also has some great things and people. I think if you are middle class, its not as bad as if you have to live in the inner city but that is alot of places.

st louis was cool to me.

 

I'm originally from Dallas, Texas, but I've been in the Detroit area for the last 10yrs almost. So I've forgotten anything about the IR scene in Dallas. Do any of you know what it's like for IR in Dallas? Are there any good spots to hook up?

 

i grew up in dallas too, and the IR scene is good. there are great restaurants, art galleries, parks. which part of the city are you from, I am from Highland Park, went to St Marks school on preston

Sorry Tuckerred, I haven't been on here in a bit. Yeah I actually grew up off Loop 12 and Central expressway, near Northpark mall. Graduated from Hillcrest SH. Just to poke at you a bit, we used to kick the snot out of the HP Scotts EVERY game, ran slap over y'all...LOL

Anyway, I'll be there this Friday, and I will be living in the Far North Dallas area, I-190 and the Tollway.

Also, if you could give me a heads up on what places are poppin for IR or just good meeting spots in the area, I'd appreciate the intel.

I don't know if there's any one place that's good for black men to meet white women anymore. Anywhere you go, you can meet cute white women if you've got your shit together. The Midwest was always good when I was younger, Cleveland, Cincinatti, Dayton, Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis. I always heard about Minneapolis being a hot spot as well, but that's old news.

 

Minnesota sucked (northern) for a WW looking a BM.. why do you think I moved to Cali..

 

I think that has to do with there being a shortage of Black men in that area. I mean it's northern Minnesota for Pete's sake. You'll get the same thing anywhere there are few Black men. Happy hunting where you are now though
