Hassellbeck had a chip on her shoulder because she didn't like the joke Maher told about her. Fair enough but everything is fair game in a democratic society with laws that protect free speech. If nothing else, you induce irrationality by removing that legal right.

She needs to get off her high horse and stop being such a smug bitch IMHO. She could have said "I didn't appreciate your joke about me," and not made a federal case about it. But she had to act like a freaking martyr. If she had it her way, a LOT of things would be controlled/censored.
