    The first one was better. The second one made it look like you owned a car dealership or something. How did you lose 40lbs so quick fam?

    Thank man...I think I will combine the music of the second one with the graphic of the first one.

    Weight loss man I don't some really basic things

    - I don't eat ANYTHING after 7pm...no matter how hungry I am
    - I have a glass of water before I eat.....and a glass of water through the course of my meal.
    - I run 9 miles a week. And here is the kicker. If I slack off Monday...and don't run on Tuesday I tell myself I have to run the full 9 miles on Friday
    - I do this for my work out

    Really anyone can lose weight. My neighbord was telling me gets up everyday and walks 3 miles a day and wonders why she doesn't lose weight. The problem is she doesn't exert....people have to put out. I will say it harder when you like me with a few health issues, but it can still be done.

    You do the situps, pushups, and squats daily or only three days a week?

    The first one is way better for a show intro. Again the second one sounds like you're presenting the new Hyundai Elantra. If you want I can send you some beats to choose from if you're not happy with the first one's music.

    To be honest man.......two of my *cough* fans did both of them. I won't want to ask or complain about free shit! I was talking to my home boy and I think I'll use one and then use the other.

    I do them three times a week. Now the program says to test yourself at the end of the week. but I never did.

    Also if I got to say week 3 in the last row and I couldn't do it...I'd move to the second row.....but I would not progress to Week 4 until I was back into the third row.

    ...and that's it.

    Right now I'm resting and I'll start the program back up in July...but I am still eating like I stated above.
