The Texas Family Code Increases Cap On Disposable Income for Calculating Child Support


Child support calculations are changing coming this fall, changing the cap on disposable income and resources. Based on the Texas Family Code Sec. 154.125, the cap which was previously set at $7,500 per month is being increased to $8,250 month. The maximum amount of child support per child will likewise increase from $1,500 to $1,650 each month. The new guidelines are driven by the cap, keeping all other aspects of the guidelines already in place.

 

I sure hope this is true and applies to her case. I've never understood why some rich people get stuck paying $5,000+ a month in child support. Lord knows it doesn't take that much to raise a child on a monthly basis. Just because you fucked a rich man and got pregnant doesn't mean you're entitled to live carefree the rest of your life (which is ultimately what many of these women end up doing with their "child support"). She needs to work and support the child she's choosing to bring into this world, with the help of his $1650 per month of course :smt061

 

I say shame to them both. Shame on Arian for being an unfaithful husband and shame on the girl gor being a bad side piece. Expecting love from an nfl player, especially a married one, is foolish but I doubt she is truly looking for love from him anyway.

Agreed.I'm thinking she probably didn't know about Texas's child support cap.While 1,650 is a fair amount for him to pay it isn't enough for her to live the lifestyle she was probably expecting.Foster has a 43 million dollar contract,in a state like CA he would be paying a lot more.

 

This is all on Arian Foster for 1. dealing with a side piece and 2. not covering up with a jimmy hat. Don't trust the chick to be on the pill or look out for your best interest when she knows the deal already about your status as a married man. I doubt she had no idea cmon.

If she is willing to deal with you despite that then you open yourself up to the consequences. Never go raw in the side piece, lesson learned for Arian.
