Brittany Norwood, a 20-year-old University of Houston senior, says Foster has been pressuring her to get an abortion. Norwood claims she didn’t know Foster was married with children when she had sex with him last summer. She said they were first intimate at Hotel ZaZa where Foster was staying during training camp. Norwood said they also spent a week together in California in November while Foster was recovering from back surgery. "I truly fell in love with this person," Norwood said. Foster has not commented about Norwood’s claims, but he has spoken publicly about his marriage and posted photos of his daughter on social media. Norwood said everything changed when she told Foster she was pregnant and wanted to keep the baby. "He’s like, ‘You can’t have this, you can’t have this kid, like, we cannot bring a child into this, like, think about my kids,’" Norwood said. She said Foster began sending text messages urging her to end the pregnancy. "You just can’t bring a life into this world under these circumstances. It’s not fair to anyone. It’s not just about you," read one message, according to Norwood. She said Foster’s brother, Abdul, also sent messages. "He’s like, ‘You know, if you loved Arian at all you would have an abortion because this child is going to ruin everything,’" Norwood said. "’Like, our whole family will never accept this child." Norwood said the baby is a boy and he’s due in June. She said Foster hasn’t helped with her medical bills. "I’m 20, I’m scared, I’m another single mom," she said through tears. Norwood’s attorney has filed a temporary restraining order against Foster, saying he recklessly engaged in a pattern of outrageous conduct that caused Norwood to "suffer severe emotional distress." "We want his conduct to stop," said attorney Douglas York. "We want him to communicate effectively and we want the harassment to end." Norwood had this message for Foster: "I just want you to love and want the exact same life for my son that I do." Meanwhile, Foster’s attorney, Alvin Zimmerman, said this is a matter pending in court and he’s not ready to comment. A hearing on the restraining order is set for Wednesday morning. Man, these men have GOT to be smarter about this crap. If they want to f*ck half the women in these cities, have at it, but use a f*cking condom!! There are tooooo many women out there who just see $$$ when they stumble across someone famous. Can't feel sorry for grown men who simply don't think with the head on their shoulders. As for the woman...her tears seemed incredibly fake. :smt120 She might be young at just 20 years old, but she's no fool. She knows she stumbled upon (or created) a gold mine here, and I'm sure she'll fight for every penny she thinks she's due.
LOL. Big dummy. These celeb cats egos are SOOOO huge, they act like 80% of the attraction to them isn't because they're rich/famous. When someone knows your name, what you do for a living and how much you earn before you ever open your mouth, you're a mark. I don't blame these women to be honest. I've seen guys do similar things when they swore before they didn't want any children out of wedlock, but are perfectly fine with hitting it raw and risking pregnancy if the potential mother is phine, etc. No matter how much in love they think they are, now NFL/NBA/MLB/NHL player should get married until he retires from the game.
I had a pro athlete client of mine who thought he was smart when he had sex with groupies by only having oral sex (he was married of course...freaking idiot). The exact same scenario below happened to him in real life, and even though she admitted it in court, the result was a nice fat double whammy of paternity suit and divorce proceedings for my client. Hold up, why the hell is the news there? TMZ I get, but the news? Isn't there a house fire or a high speed chase they could be covering?
.....In every sense of the word, there is a price for waywardness with your dick.....A marriage with children is a contractual obligation for a man who has committed himself to family life.....Any breach of that contract for something new on the side is a horrible violation to the wife and children.......They will be shamed as badly as the father.......Foster deserves his anguish!!....
That's crazy. So, after a paternity suit, would he be responsible for child support? That would just seem like a 100 different types of WRONG.
Absolutely, he was hit with an insane amount of child support, despite her admitting to fraud in court, to make matters worse he got cut from his team two seasons later, and did not get a reduction in child support or the alimony he now paying to his ex-wife. Talk about taking a wrecking ball to your life for some momentary pleasure...
I truly don't understand. How can her admitting to fraud not clear him in this? Am I wrong to think that that admission should weigh on the judges decision (law clearly isn't my thing, so that's an honest question lol)? Man, I do not envy men. I'd seriously be doing mouth checks afterwards. It's absolutely absurd that a woman can trick a man into impregnating her, and she still comes out on top financially. :smt012
I'm with you, I don't get how its not fraud on her part. Couldn't argue since he avoid intercourse he was trying to avoid that very outcome by just having oral sex. She financially raped him, she forced him into a situation he didn't consent to, and worst when this kid is old enough all of this will be on the internet for them to find out about. How would you look at your mother knowing she did some underhanded shit like that
How is someone expected to pay that kind of money when they aren't making that kind of money anymore? Where is suppose to come from? Is he expected to kill himself and let his ex wife and baby mama strip his bones like vultures? Further proof this system isn't about justice its about the law.
Good attitude fam. I'd be livid half the time. I get why so many men hate their exes. 2200 a month is rent car payment and insurance
Often times judges are bound by state statute as it relates to income and child support, how the child came to be often times does not enter into the equation. That's exactly what happened in this case. All the judge could do was give her a stern lecture about her behavior. There was a case where a couple had decided to freeze the Husbands sperm, they ended up getting divorced. The man remarried years later, the first wife used the frozen sperm to get pregnant without her ex-husbands consent and he was held liable for child support.
