Are you fond of Europeans in general?

I'd suggest quite a few actually, not everyone is really that caught up in the past.

I understand what you and FEHG have said, but from original post seemed to me to be to be asking if we felt more in touch with Europeans in general, rather than through our individual partners. I think anyone reasonable would agree that it is natural to become interested in the culture or interests of your spouse - I don't think anyone is arguing against that.

What I got from the post though was he seemed to be asking if we have an inherent preference for all things European - in the same way that some WW who like BM enjoy hip-hop etc, even to the point of imitating the speech and slang etc.
Maybe that's not so bad, and there was an overreaction, all a matter of opinion.
