    What does "bump" mean in techy-forum-speak? Cause I remember "bump" meant something that definitely sparked more "conversation"

    I can never tell. Usually the woman will get drunk and say "you know I like you, right?" and then *boom*. Lol

    Plus flirting is different for different people. One person's friendly gesture might be the next person's "oh my god I want you so bad why don't you notice me" gesture. The last thing that I would want to do is misinterpret that signal. That's why I just come on out and say it. It makes things so much easier!

    So true. I'd rather they just say they are interested. I'm too lame and don't want to be wasting time with all the trying to read between the lines and figure things out. Just be straight with it.

    But on the other side, I'm still really bad about the whole thing of asking a man out.

    I'm not typically the straightforward type that will ask a man out, I am a little on the shy side if I like someone a lot...but I might say something like "when we going to dinner" or when are you taking me for ice cream"

    I have to admit I am afraid of rejection :)
