I downloaded a couple of very basic Paleo books on my Kindle for cheap. One was a crockpot cookbook. I've been eating pretty healthy for awhile now - a lot of good that has done for my blood sugars/weight (not). I've ditched grains, but still eat dairy (love cheese), so I guess I'm Paleo-Lacto. I can't afford to do organic, but I figure eating fresh and not eating processed foods (which I haven't for years, for the most part) is still good. My issue now is exercise. I'm lazy and hate to do it, but I can usually force myself to walk. A possible torn meniscus has to be ruled out and some kind of support for my knee found before I can do cardio again.
