Beyond that, everything else is fair game, whether you hold the idea that spirits exists, life after death, or less metaphysical claims as to whether human beings are inherently good. So, I don't know where did you draw that conclusion...

Your lack of believing in God by default creates a belief. Atheist "believe God does not exist"...it's right there in the dictionary... not that bolded nonsense you made up.

I've addressed that, as well as your woeful, pigeonholed definition of superhero, which puts you in the minority and even the comic creators of these characters would look at you sideways.
