Another Trayvon Martin in Wisconsin, or not?

I say no, and I think the homeowner was justified. I mean he sees the guy inside his home, has to make the split decision to save himself and his family.

 

I remember a Mr. John White who was sentenced to prison for killing a young man who came at him in his lawn. The incident occurred in a middle class neighborhood but in that case the homeowner was black.

New York has weak gun laws. They have no castle doctrine or stand your ground laws, thats why he could be found guilty.
