Another reason to not skip a workout

    Wow! Well... I certainly do what I can to stay at least somewhat healthy.

    We all want to skip a workout sometimes, but it's important to remember why you're training. Good articles, very motivating. Therefore, it is important to engage in the sport that you like, or alternate. For example, I love cycling with Tomasso, but if I don't want to do it, I just go on the treadmill at home and turn on Netflix. Both fun and useful
