LOL yes that's what I meant forgot to check spellings. I changed it. And I didn't know Larry Elder had a show. Now he's a strong-minded BM that couldn't stand what she said either. He just was baffled by her ignorance and stupidity.

I've heard this argument over and over. I just cannot get with it because as a black man, I cannot see myself getting offended over seeing Halle Berry (who likes white men) on the cover of Black Men magazine. I simply don't give a fuck.

Anti black woman? No that's what you call hyperbole. So, I guess that if a black man is with a white woman, then he is automatically anti black woman and hates black women? If you truly believe this, then you have mental issues that you need to work out. Yeah, this is WWBM.com, but most of the men on here are not anti black woman.

When you say that famous black men become anti black woman when they make it big, I assume it to mean that black men date white women when they make it big. There is a grain of truth in it, but not very much. For one thing, if a famous/rich black man is seen with a white woman, then it is very likely that he was dating white women before he became massively successful. That assumes that poor black men don't date white women, which is false. A lot of poor black men are dating white women. Also, a richer and more successful a black man is, the wider his social circle is. And in a nation which is 80% white (Hispanic or not), when you are successful, you will have plenty of white people in your social circle. That means that you are exposed to a lot more white women than you would have been otherwise.

Actually, not. If a brown haired white man only dated blondes, then does he have self-hatred? Most people would say no.

The thing is, we as a society have some really fucked up views on race. Number one is that most people live their lives as if race is a real biological concept, which it is not. If it was a real biological concept, then your argument might have at least a slight amount of credibility. But since it is not, your argument is ridiculous. The thing is, we are all the same species, so we WILL be attracted to people of different races. Also, modern biology reveals that you will be most attracted to someone of the opposite sex (if you are straight) that is the furthest distance from you genetically. So that actually supports the idea that humans SHOULD mate with people of different races because that is what nature intended. That doesn't mean that you can't be attracted to people of your own race either, especially since race is not a real biological concept.

And most importantly of all, you neglect the fact that everyone has their tastes. I, for instance, have a weakness for brunette and black haired white women, and 9 times out of 10, I will choose the brunette over the blonde. Now that does not mean that I hate blondes. Far from it. That only means that I find brunettes attractive. Some men like tall women, while perhaps a greater number like them short. Some men like pointy noses, some like round ones. Some like green, blue, gray, or brown eyes. Some like kinky/curly hair, and some like it straight.

The main difference is the exclusion factor. If you consciously avoid a woman because she is black (regardless of how attractive she is to you), then you are a racist. If you simply found the white woman more attractive, then that is not racist because an even better looking black woman could come on the scene and steal you away from her. Learn the difference.

BM/WW is only three times as prevalent as WM/BW. That is still a very significant number. A lot of white men love black women, and have loved them since the beginning of time. I disagree with you about John Mayor being the ordinary white man. And don't forget that a lot of white men love Asian women.

I'm glad that you don't hate yourself and like black women. But that does not give you the authority to judge other people. You don't know any of us, and you don't know any of the famous black men who date white women either. You have lived in none of our shoes, and none of theirs either. If the black man has publicly stated that he dislikes black women, then your argument might have a little bit of weight. But you cannot assume that you know how a black man feels unless you actually get to know them. Maybe Bush likes hispanics, but that doesn't mean that he is unwilling to do anything else. Maybe he has dated a black women. Maybe a black women will be the next one to sweep Bush off his feet once he is finished with Kim. So don't be so quick to judge other people with different tastes and ideas, especially since you are very ignorant. Maybe you can learn something.

Bullshit. There are plenty of white men who like black women. There are whole blogs that celebrate that, and have lots of pics of every BW/WM couple they can find. Some BW like to throw it in BMs faces both online and in real life. Like MadScientist says, many of us BM simply don't give a fuck. Which makes many BW even more angry.

Also there are many BW who hate BM point blank. They hate us even when we're not in IR relationships. They are the only race of women who do not pull their men up. On one of these blogs I actually saw a woman post that she would help a fellow BW up before a BM. They encourage the thug behavior that keeps us down. In prison and controlled. Be a smart black man and see how far you get romantically with some of these chicks. They will try and put you in the friend zone with the quickness. Make you be their little gay boyfriend and shit.

Sade has never had a black man in any of her videos nor are her bandmates black, yet we still love her. Most modern-day black actresses are married to WM. Only BW trip like hypocrites.

I think Essence's decision to put Reggie on the cover was the same as VF's decision to go with an all-white female actress line-up on their cover, to get people talking and maybe buy the magazine. Point blank. And when we talk about it it's mission accomplished.

Sade better be glad BM don't see the world the way WM do.

Carrie Underwood would still be in the trailer park if she didn't put WM in her videos or dated them.

LOL. Come on now WM love others races too, mainly Asian females. And the issue with Reggie Bush is a doubled standard with some BW. Halle Berry and Kerry Washington are both married to WM, but they won't bash them if Essence decided to put those sistas on the cover. BM aren't respected as much as BW are in the community.

And about BM hiting it BIG and getting WW is IRRELEVANT. Even if BM date a WW before that we still will be criticized for having them on our arm. Excuses, excuses.

Self hatred is the dumbest shit ever, doesnt even make a little sense - why are you here if that is what you think. You got the answer, you will not be influenced by anyone here, so why are you here? To stirr in the pot - or educate us lost souls?

and the Black women know it to.

Voted where??? Not that I don't believe you? I'm interested in seeing this poll?

That is FANTASY WORLD, a fantasy world where a Black cop harasses a BW/WM couple, a FANTASY WORLD where a Black man is “harassed” by a HOT White woman on his job.

The REALITY is that cops are more likely to harass BM/WW, The Reality is that a Black man would not only bang that Hot White woman, he would probably be married to her and harassed and stared at by a Black woman.

Let's not get it twisted into a “I can do all bad by myselfFANTASY WORLD, most Black men could careless about Black women with White men; even endogamous Black men (most of them of who have probably been with a non Black woman at sometime) spend little energy concerning themselves with BW and WM.

Most of those endogamous Black men take on the “cause” of siding with Black women in their dislike (to put it nicely) of BM/WW relationships. If Black men who only go with Black women are not concerned (imo). What do you think Black men like us, who go with or who prefer White Women think?

Go to any Black website were they discuss celebrities and see how much hate is spewed at BM/WW couples, and you won't see that same hate spewed at BW/WM relationships. Now if the fantasy world of TV/Movies only reflected the reality of BM/WW couples you would hardly here a mention of BW/WM relationships on here.

Exactly how do they become anti Black women, is not dating or marrying Black women considered to be anti Black women?

A Black man who has “hit it big” and has a White Woman probably wanted and had White Women when you didn't know him (as a "regular" guy).

And let's clear something up, just because a Black person has some “celebrity”, money or status, doesn't mean they necessarily “hit it big”. This whole notion of ascendancy/upward mobility as it relates to Black people is skewed (understandably), especially when they are with someone of another race.

My favorite one of these is a Black man who has “made it” can't be with an average/ugly looking White woman or a White woman who was working class. Meanwhile, I see White men who have “made it” with average/ugly White women or White women who had regular “jobs” all the time. I could go on....

I concur! I REFUSE to let any group of bitter woman or any social boundary dictate the direction of my life. If anything, you are not a man unless you have principles to stand on anyway. In relationships, I am always supportive of my lady friend because I want her to be the best woman she can possibly be. It becomes a problem when ill- intentioned women take that quality as a weakness. Some black women, not all black women, have been given the leeway to disrespect black men because of the national disdain for black masculinity. It has almost become taboo to talk about black manhood nowadays. Its almost impossible to even have a civil conversation to reason with them.

Just my 2 cent venting moment...Carry on people!

You know what? Just for shits & giggles I should be the first BM to get pissed-off when they put Halle Berry or Aisha Tyler on the cover of a Black Men's magazine.

Haha you ain't lying. I'm the biggest Aisha Tyler fan there is but you don't see me trippin' that she's married to a white man.

Halle's half and half so in fairness she can go either way, and did. Plus Halle's super-overrated, I've always thought so. Box office thinks so too, her stats ain't all that.

PS: They are too busy putting Joanna Shari, Coco, or Amazin' Amie on the cover of Black Mens magazines...hahahahaha.
