Yup, that's Gantz. Shit is crazy.

 

It was interesting, but nothing to write home about. There's only 12 episodes and that's that. My overall impression is that the characters were likable, the scenes were nice, but there were some scenes in which breast physics tend to be too over the top.

Take a go and watch it. You may find it entertaining. Sadly, the death scenes weren't all that gruesome.

 

High school of the dead was alright. Loved the violence. The fan service is a little too much.

 

It's basically a game of sorts. They basically hunt monsters and they have to kill them and score points. However, if you wind up dying in the game, then you basically didn't escape your fate. Who ever scores up a certain number of points gets a wish and can go free.

It was a disappointment for me. They built it up to have a lot of fighting but it just didn't hold up to the trailer I saw.

 

That was overhyped and overrated.

Yeah. Exactly my point. Made more sense than Bobobo-Bo-Bobo, but that show I just could not see the appeal at all. Tried watching one episode and it just...tacky.

Ha! I thought I was the only person that had ever watched or heard of Bobobo-Bo-Bobo. And yeah, it was lame but...a little chuckle worthy in that cheesy kind of way.

 

I watched maybe one or two episodes, but gave up. I felt like my parents who basically was confused about the craze with Pokemon and Power Rangers. I can clearly understand why THAT show deserved some smacks in the face.
