Ahahhha I'm not at all, but years ago I did try it once. I'll always try everything once, life is too short, you know? But me no likey :(

P.S Sonny sorry to hijack the thread with my rambling. Back on topic now!

I used to have an anger problem myself too, when I was in my early 20s. I found advice that someone gave me really useful - on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst thing that could ever happen to you in life (which for me was someone hurting my parents) and 1 being nothing much at all, how bad is the thing that has made you angry? This often goes to show that what you're angry about really isnt that bad...

Also what others said about breathing is really important. It works for anxiety and panic as well, slow deep breathing is important. It is not possible to be angry and breathing slowly and deeply because when you get angry the breath rate increases and in itself contributes to the feeling of anger/adrenaline etc....

I understand that MA would help you. I achieve my best run times when Im angry about something, it really gets it out of my system :)

What FG said is awesome and so true - realising there is a problem in the first place is the most important step :)

Ahahahahahaha!!!! I havent seen that one in years!!! It's definitely my fave - I so used to feel just like that at a previous job...actually at many of my previous jobs. Wish I was a trust fund baby and didnt have to work but could afford to do whatever the hell I like. Meh.

Quick temper is ingrained in your DNA it is not easy to totally control it but can be managed so no its not a mental disease
