You make it sound like you're 50 years old and 400 pounds LA! You've got plenty of time before you have to worry.

I recently say a programme about beef production in the USA. From factory farms with immigrant labour, un controlled Abbatoirs, Hormones etc etc. So as to produce cheap food. And very very little organic production.
This method of production is illegal in the E.U.
I certainly would not eat beef in the USA

There are different types of beef, not all beef in the US comes from slaughterhouses and meat packing plants Sarah. It's not difficult to find grain fed, hormone free beef, in fact you can pick it up in pretty much any supermarket. I'm a carnivore, and beef is my favorite, but I'm careful about what I choose. I go with the natural grain fed, just like I buy milk that's RBGH free, and the eggs from range fed chickens. You have to be careful what you put in your body. Clearly people have survived even when eating the less healthy alternatives, but I just think you're better off avoiding that when possible. If you want to eat healthy, it's available, you just have to know where to look.

He needs a 110 GT and he needs to score a 270 or better in the Army PT test....

....he won't pass. And he won't get it unless he passes a INT PT Test...

LOL...its a mofo now......Going from Infantry to Admin...

    ...I'm still 100, 100, 95

...at 38 I simply can't hit the 2 miles in under 13:30. It was so much easier at 28 than it is now at 38. I actually had my LAST fight (boxing) two years ago. 3 minutes is LONG AS FUCK NOW man.

I trained for boxing in the military to get my PT score up and it was the ticket. as soon as I got it up I quit. LOL

I have been out the military for almost 20 yrs. I wish at times I stayed in because it was fun.
