Put simply we uplift white women but they dont uplift us. And most women out there do go out to get educated(black, asian etc) they just manage to still maintain their feminity.
In a couple of years more guys will catch up to my opinion and the standard of beauty will shift from being white to being asian, the white boys have been trying to take it there since john lennon. And as more and more ethnic men realise being with a white woman provides no benefits at all ( you get more hate and more stress than you ever would for dating any other race, white men will bring hate, black women will bring their hate and yet you end putting up with shit like this woman) they will slowly join the white boys to go to races of more feminine women and leave the white woman to become like her carpet munching heroes, ellen or rosie o' donnell.

Actually it is because white men prefer asian women. That is something that is completely undeniable. I know many wm who say that there aim in life is to marry an asian woman, in fact in my whole life I dont know any wm who dont prefer asian.

The quota for female workers is filled primarily by ww but the quota stipulating black workers is filled primarily by bw for two reasons, they do not challenge the notion of wm supremacy so racist wm dont mind having them around, the other reason is that racist ww in the office think that having more bw around sort of shows progress for female species and I can confirm 100% are very active in rejecting alot of qualified black men. Now because of the significant number of bw in the workforce they are less likely to be stabbed in the back, another reason is that they frequently stick together so its harder for a ww or a wm to pull bullshit on them than it is to do to a bm. so telling me that gender and colour plays no part in employment is utter bullshit from a typically two faced ww.
