Age Difference

How mcuh older or younger would you date than yourself? I would not date anyone more than 1 year older or 5 years younger.

 

traditionally, guys are expected to go with women who are younger (which is why many women hide or completely lie about their age), but I tend to like women older or younger..

I do have a cap tho...but it only applies to older women...

40 is my magic number (miraculously, none of the women i met in real life, were over 35 :roll: )



doesn't matter how much younger she is..

some guys don't like younger girls, because some aren't mature and are more prone to playing stupid games.

why do people place such limits on age, anyway?

if you like someone a lot, and they tell u they're XX, will you break it off, because you think they're going to croak on you soon?

i've dated dudes that are younger and older - the oldest being 4 years older, and the youngest being a year and a half younger. but my husband is 4 years older than me. i guess if i were still dating, i'd prefer him to be older....mainly b/c my two ex's that were younger, were pretty immature, so i've been scarred. but then again, i'm getting old, so younger dudes are getting old too, lol. :wink: to me there's something really sexy about a man who's 10-15 years older than me though. my parents are 11 years apart, so maybe that's why i find comfort in a man who's older than me.

I am 21 years old and my last boyfriend is 38 now.
Once I was in a "friendship" with a man who is 39.
My current boyfriend is 24. I wouldn't date a man who is younger than me unless he was pretty mature for his age because so am I. (Thats why I mostly date older men). 3 years younger and 20 years older would be my limit.
I know that might seem hard to understand but everyone who knows me well can tell you.

For me, it all depends on how mature the guy is for his age.

I've found myself dating mostly guys who are younger than me. :wink:

Younger I would go from 18 onwards.

I'm 39. My preference is to date someone close to my age, meaning plus/minus 3 years. I'm more strict on that preference with younger women. I wouldn't date anyone younger than 34 or 35 but I'm much more flexible with women who are older. My most recent relationship was with a women who was 49 at the time.

 

I must be our ages. I am 41 and I have dated men 28, 33, 44, and now 37. I am liking the 37 a lot the others were too young. Lots of fun, but cartoons and video games are not my bag, and 44 year old was too set in his ways, reminded me of my ex-husband :lol:

 

:twisted: I have LOVED older women every since my testes developed in the womb!...and they love me back gaahhhdamnit!!! Older women are that crack!!! Laid-back, mature, settled, sophisticated....and older womens bodies just seem different, more seductive....of course this doesn't apply to all older women. I just don't have a lot of patience for younger girls.

 

I'll go 10 years up. I'm 29 so that caps his age at 39.

 

I usually don't go for guys much younger than me.. but I could go for quite a bit older. I think it has something to do with the fact that I feel a lot safer with a bigger or older guy.

 

I'm 24 and my current man is almost 36. I don't think I would go any older than that or men become set in their ways and think that they can be the boss of you. I've never dated anyone younger: my average in the last year or so has been approximately 30 years old.

I'm also fairly mature for my age and have no desire to deal with someone immature - not is that attractive. I am usually attracted to the around 30 mark (I'm 23), but I think the age gap is too much. I like the older/sophisitication thing, but I don't want someone who will act like my dad.

Mature and 24. That would be ideal.
I do think that black men I am attracted to (generally, and a stereotype) age really well and older black men...OMG...hold me back! haha.
They exude sexiness...
