well,there actually are some similarities,like in southern soul food for example.Alot of the food is made up of food from west africa.Okra,yams,etc

But yeah,for the most part they are different

I do not think a neo-nazi cares about the language you speak or cultures , I am from central african ...we are far more different from the southern africans or west-african when coming to the cultures but that does not make me different from the other guys. And we all speak completely different languages too.

Look at countries like "south-africa" or "Namibia". There are a huge portion of black people with westernize life style... You may even find those who only speak english, in Angola you will see the same they all adopted the portuguese cultures and languages. One of my mormon missionary here is black american, you will never tell the difference between the two of us until i say something in english (my english with french accent ).

In europe you will find white refugees too , so i won't consider that point at all. Have you ever travel in europe? Black americans are blacks no matter your culture or language , and when they want to exterminate black people... they wont care if you are from the USA or Malawi ... Try to read more about the neo-nazi or the white supremacy , you will understand what i mean.
