Mr. SexyBaltimorean if you are still here. I have a question for you. I plan to visit Baltimore City, Maryland this holiday season. Since my vehicle will have out of state tags on it. Will it open me up for robbery, assault or a pure mugging. Should I come armed to the teeth or will it put me in possible danger with the police in the city. I would like to visit the Inner Harbor or is that out of the question. What would you suggest if I should go to the following locations: Charles Street, North Avenue, Carroll Street, Fulton Avenue, Francis Street, and Reisterstown Road?
