All very good questions. I would add some about morethe unusal predictments you could find yourself in. The ask about graduation rate and transferring, those things usually happen because something is working out so well, There are plethora (lol) of questions that I would ask about those topics and others of that kind, that may pertain to you if all doens't go well.
