That was a great game last night. I felt like I was watching the NBA back in the 1990's all over again. Spurs played damn-near flawless fundamental basketball the way it's supposed to be played. They not gonna sweep OKC though.
As a Laker fan I'm not going for the Craptics, San Antonia is the Celtics of the west... OKC has my vote.
OKC is exactly a year and about 1 or 2 acquisitions away from a world championship. It just aint gonna happen this year with SA being as dominant as they are right now. I would however pick OKC to win it all next season.
As a okc fan, I hated the Greene for Perkins trade, getting harden on the floor 30 mins a night was very beneficial, d Howard wants out in orl, Westbrook and Perkins for Howard or match up the salaries, with Howard durant harden maynor just needs to run the offense, as much as I love those kids at best they can get to a final, Perkins will always hold us back dude is awful
Shit, even Jack Haley got a ring. You can surround prime Shaq and Kobe with any combination of semi-competent yahoo's and as long as they know to stay out of the way they're destined to get a ring. I'll also never forget bullshit the .4 shot in 2004 that gave the Lakers a 3-2 lead over SA in the WC Semi's. He's had his big moments, especially in the playoffs... but he's still been a joke of a starting PG for some time. At least OKC realized that and put his ass on the bench. You now have the biggest joke of a starting SF on your team, and the biggest joke of an All-Star Center since Kevin Duckworth. Congratulations!
Even when their Laker career is over and they eventually win multiple championships as a member of the San Antonio Spurs?
Hm, yeah. I also remember when he and Kobe cried on national television in 2003 when my Spurs took their toy away. Not saying anything is wrong with crying on national televisin...just saying I remember.
Celtics baby. Not even really a fan but damnit I hate the Heats that much. Fuck Queen James and the Flamers
