18 y/o man traveled from Ohio to China to meet girl, gets curved

How the heck did he even get to China??

That's the story I'd like to know. Dude got his passport and traveled that far with apparently no knowledge of the language in that country.

Well,how could a 18 year old brother had the moolah to get to China? Unless,he had lived in a middle class home.

 

Sounds like the young guy got some cash together for his summer trip, probably with parental help, etc. And in his defense, when you're in the throes of puppy love, it feels as intense as hell.

Lol. If he wanted to meet her that bad he could have asked a friend to come along and told her to meet him on a beach in Spain or Hawaii. So when he got stood up plan b would be in effect.
