While I think the kid is an idiot for trying to terrorize people, I understand that he didn't have the best of upbringing.

I don't know if the police were justified or not. It is a tough call.

That being said there is no way that the kid is 20. The cop was straight up lying.

I think I may have used the wrong set of words. In some of the video, It looked like he was pointing the toy gun to scare folks.

I think a new law is in order...example inatead of the red tip to show its a fake gun....turn it (law and guns) into have it that it look like the movie versions of ray guns.

There are many factors 'potentially' involved besides race, such as departmental training, experience and so forth

A rash of these quick shootings have involved trigger happy rookies

Not saying that veterans don't jump the gun...but all angles are worth looking at before assuming that people are just getting gun downed over skin color, if you really want to make a case that will stand up in court
