To this day she doesn't get why I don't get freaked out with them boys get behind me or in the vicinity. I know I can't beat them in the streets but I can beat them in the court.

yes, yes it is. I stopped a few months back but before I did, I tried some A-dub and Blue Cookies, both with more than 23%... oh boy!

I'm not saying it's all like that, but that shit still does happen. You say 90 percent, but I'm talking about the other 10 percent (or whatever that other percentage may be)
That's partially what I'm saying. A lot of people aren't from here and bring their mentality here, but some OG Californians still have an old school way of thinking. Plus, you guys are talking about LA to SD. I'm from way up north. It's not like the state goes SD to LA straight to the Bay and ends there. I'm also talking about the places in between and north of where I'm from(Sacramento). Places like Auburn, Eldorado Hills n' whatnot.

    got it!

lol, I used to live in Pleasanton, so i know the state goes far north then LA. hahahaha

I was just trying to state my opinion on where racism resides in the state. That whole northeast Sacramento/Folsom area is cray!

I'm all for people posting whatever preferences they have. It shows up front how they are and whether or not I want to bother with them.

    You better believe it!

People are very short sided and seem to think CA is just a few cities. It's a huge state and LA, SD, SF are not representative of the rest of the state. How about all the KKK stuff in central cal...oh yah they are gone now though (right they just moved up into the foothills).

Sacramento has become much more diverse than it once was for sure.....I think a lot of that has to do with how many people are living in Sac area and commuting to the bay.

I actually don't buy that some of the major cities in CA are so tolerant either. The bs is just more covert.

I remember a very wise man who once told me how he would much rather deal with people who were straight up about their issues, at least that way he knows what he's dealing with.

Right, well I find this rather ridiculous because it's going on whether people think so or not. Maybe they aren't putting it out there straight like that. But you better bet that EVERY one on those things has their own specifics, make its and break its.

The lower half of this gorgeous state is practically as you describe ;) California is incredibly diverse and leads many causes in the realm of acceptance. Is it all sunshine and rainbows, of course not. But we're leaps and bounds ahead of many other areas lol.

Y'all hate us cause you ain't us! Jk (not really)

I think CA is definitely better than many other states. I think you are a bit overboard when you say the "lower half" though. Remember Fresno is about midpoint. There are all sorts of issues in So Cal too....it's no acceptance utopia.

    lower cali?

why would anyone be jealous of a place who think raider football is worth watching on tv

that delusional for real....thats like thinking the sixers is one player away in breaking a 500 season

Tonight on the news they were talking about So Cal being closer to getting the Raiders moved down there.

The cynical part of me just think that teams say they're moving to L.A. to convince the city/county to pay for a stadium. As long as the threat of L.A. is there, franchises can extort money for a new facility.

Oh I agree. I think people may think it's a bit more realistic though with all the changes that have been happening/threatened for other teams in Nor Cal.

I don't care for the Raiders personally....long history with the 9ers and I wasn't thrilled they moved. But then I'm all for nicer facilities. I'm wondering if Oakland is going to be able to pull something together like Sac did for the Kings though.

So I was bored and watching Dr. Drew and a woman on there said something about a British study of 15000 males that claims the average length of a hard penis is 5.2 inches.
