people notice stuff, but in our daily lives we're so caught up in our own shit bills, work, recession, foreclosures, sex, money, drugs u know..all the stuff that makes america, America when u go somewhere..like to a marathon..u wanna chill or take a break from it all let someone else worry about suspicious packages this shit is really crazy tho
So sad. I'm glad more people weren't killed. Though it's tragic that any where killed (and injured) at all. My heart goes out to everyone who was injured and the families of the people killed.
I once volunteered/worked the RACE FOR THE CURE at the finish line. Do you know how much law enforcement is there? And post 9/11 that's their job even more-so. Even at football games, without w/o going into detail to let shit out, don't think you're not being watched every second for suspect activity...including leaving your book-bag down. Finding it odd too that this wasn't a suicide-bombing.
Comment From Becky @Melinda. Not all packages were checked because we still have faith in humanity. Yet it continues to fail us. so much truth to that one..... Matthew Keys@TheMatthewKeys Congressman Bill Keating: Two undetonated bombs found, one at hotel and another at undisclosed location - WBZ-TV could have been worse i guess shameful for the 8 year old tho many of us can remember being taken to sporting events as a kid..the last thing going through ur mind or the mind of your parents is a terrorist attack while ur watching
A good friend of mine is an EMT on scene. The injuries are only starting to come out. In terms of the Library, it is not in the downtown area, I feel that they are unrelated. The library and UMASS Boston are on Dorchester, which is residential and not tourist. Bless my home.
Ari Fleischer, on CNN, chastised the staff of the White House for using the phrase "act of terrorism" when the president didn't use it. The staff nor the president shouldn't be pressured by reporters to speculate until there is solid information. I agree.
um yeah it all starts from the top-down declaring 'terrorism' just opens up the floodgates and puts an already hobbled muslim community in the crosshairs once more (not that they ever left it, thanks for Zero Dark Thirty and other films) p.s. everytime i see ur forum name, i think of seafood and cheddar biscuits
Just a shame... What the hell is wrong with society these days....if it is not bombs its school killings, serial killers, nut jobs, or employment revenge.... There are some monsters in the world that have no respect for human existance. My heart goes out to those who are victims and the victims families.....what next?
So horrible....that pic So true ..what you said! She should be quiet if she thinks he said it, and he needs to SAY IT. What is it then if bombs detonated in a crowd of unsuspecting bystanders isn't an act of terror? Regardless if committed by international fanatics or home-grown, they are terrorists, period.
BINGO. You called it. CNN is reporting ball bearings are being found...This explains all the emergency amputations.
Sounds like a message more so than attack to me. Ball bearings are just as easy to get as nails or screws
Its been like this all over the world for decades we're just feeling it now. Actually famous physicist Michau Kaku actually said the reason we think things are worst is not that things are actually worst we're just far more aware of it now. Technology allows us to be up to date on things by the minute/hour so we're get far more information at a faster pace which makes it seems that things are getting worst.
