surprise????!? this reminds me of the article about the young brothas that graduated from elite business schools like University of Chicago and others, that weren't getting any job offers. when it all boils down, if the management is racist, you won't get a job. If the clientele for a company happens to be racist, you won't get a job. it's a sad reality that many people face. that's why 'corporate' racism is believed to be much harsher than other forms. when it comes to that all-mighty dollar, you best believe this shit will happen. so yeah back to the young brothas, they went as far as omitting proud parts of their college history, such as serving in organizations for black students etc etc. Some also ended up changing their names to sound less ethnic.:roll:

This is a totally depressing story and let's us know how fucking backwards this country still is and how far we still have to go. That's why privately it still blows my mind that someone who looks the way the POTUS does with his 'foreign' name could be elected President twice!! Sometimes it's hard to stay positive about shit. If he didn't go into government , he would not have made as much. Most of us will not go into government. Look at who he hires. They got a huge amount of experience from the private sector. How do you get this experience if they are not willing to hire black?
