    Roethlisberger dealing with shoulder injury

    The Pittsburgh Steelers will start Byron Leftwich at quarterback Sunday night against the Ravens, the team announced this morning. Ben Roethlisberger is sidelined with a painful sprained sternoclavicular joint in his right throwing shoulder. He sustained the injury against the Kansas City Chiefs in an overtime victory when he was sacked by linebacker Justin Houston in the third quarter.
