Well when the two black men that I was with in the first place treated me a lot better, you can understand why I would be attracted or start leaning toward black guys. Then after dating quite a few black guys I realized they (those two) were just really special - and black guys are just as liable to be shitty to me as white guys.

In other words, it took you a long time to figure out that people are people, regardless of their skin color. Judging a collective based on individual accounts is wholly foolish, though all of us are guilty of it to some degree or another. When the less than 1% physiological make-up tends to override rationale, we often indulge ourselves in this falsehood of social expectations or stereotypes.

And actually, you've been attracting a collective bunch, ranging from the pleasant to the not so pleasant, and that doesn't have a face or color.
