In FACT <-- Iggy was anti-Zimmerman, and Paniro was initially pro "stand your ground law" and arguing for a "wait for the facts" approach.

Apparently another news report left in the bit where he says he also jumped in his car and drove off only to return after he got the call from the mother of his children that they had survived... I guess this proves the self preservation theory.....

I'm with you gfunk. Instinct is to protect those you love. Get everyone to safety. Unless he has ptsd I can't see any other reason to leave his gf and kids in the middle of a battlefield.

it's right that you never know, but, if you've ever been in a situation, when your life or the life of others were in danger, you know that protection is the first you have to do, especially, when it comes to your own family.

Understanding his behaviour or not, it's a damn shame and I seriously doubt that their relationship can go on like it was before. Honestly, I couldn't look in his face anymore. he needs not to take care about the woman, but his kids, one adult to one child. One women with two kids in that horror scenario alone, not to imagine, how complicated.
