Insanity "A fool is a person who repeats the same thing everyday and expect a different result" I thought this was the definition of insanity. Which is how I would describe a self proclaimed Black conservative. Black folks got Welfare and public housing because a handful of country preachers had no business sitting across the table from the President of the United States Of America, negotiating a settlement for a people.
I'm actually a moderate republican (not a conservative). I should of made that a lot clearer. What I do want is a smaller gov which is what a lot of Republicans want.

You sound like a black man who is doing well, but there are other black people in this country who are not, don't think that the private sector will help out. Most of the private sector wants to make a profit and send the jobs overseas. We need the BIG GOVERNMENT whom you and your conservative friends fear of to regulate private sector to keep jobs in this country. There are many black people who had that "I got mine now get yours" mentality lost their jobs, homes and retirement because of the past administration.
and that's also the reason why the black community is in disarray. Hate to say this, but integration played a huge part in this.
I wouldn't say integration as a whole, but the "I Owe Nothing To the Black Community Since I Don't Live In the Black Community" mentality is just as responsible for playing it's part in the current state of the Black community as "Hood/Thug" mentality.
