The moral of the story NYer Dre got no game, lol. All of the women who posted in this thread said it is embarrassing and corny, so Jamaican man better up yo game. Didn’t you learn anything from your trip to Kingston, Rasta man will be pulling some fine ass beckys, damn.
My point exactly, it announces to the world... I'm not interested in what the world thinks, or in impressing anyone else in it. The only people that interest me in that scenario are he and I... I'm real good at one-on-one, but I don't do group activities.
Nothing worse than a public proposal, DK. It puts the woman on the spot. Either she accepts, regardless of whether she wants to or not, or she looks like a monster and she embarrasses the hell out of the guy. Not cool. Flowers are great, public proposals are hideous.
I would not be offended at all. It wasn't anything obnoxious just a display of admiration and love. What is wrong with that? :smt102 Hope Solo is riding pretty high right now because of the WNT. I am sure she can handle the attention that goes along with her popularity.
Exactly. Especially for their age that shit was cute(you'll never hear me say that again lol) Some of these women need a little more romance in their life lol
co-sign...sweet also very cheesy, but says a lot about a fella who doesn't mind making a fool of himself over a pretty girl
the entire world can access the internet...as well as this forum...some of these people that pretend to be so private have been quite public here with their displays of affection...sounds like alot of double talk i find men that are a little too secretive and not wanting people to know about a relationship suspect...if a man is keeping you a secret or denying that he has feelings for you to the people around him then you may not be the only one...so give me a guy any day of the week and twice on sunday that is willing to let the world know that he loves lippy my favorite scene in topgun is when tom cruise sings to the girl in the bar...i am a sap for stuff like that...
Holding hands and/or hugging as we walk, a quick kiss on the cheek or neck, flowers sent to her place of employment on special occasions, or just because, those are my limits for publicly acknowledging my affections toward a beloved lady in my life.
And I think that's about right, Swirl. BTW your beloved lady is a lucky woman. She's got a smart, thoughtful, insightful and perceptive man in her life.
Please note the use of the article, "A", as opposed to my use of "the", lol. It would be more correct to say, "will be a lucky lady", when I meet her...but, your warm and gracious comments are quite appreciated. Thank you very much.
