Ok um I mostly cook by feel but I've already quantified for someone at work heh. 2 eggs About a cup cooked mashed pumpkin About half a cup natural yoghurt, works fine with low fat. About 100grams polenta and just a bit more than that of sr flour. 200g dry quinoa Parmesan Milk Any random herbs, salt, pepper Cook and drain quinoa. Mix with mashed pumpkin, eggs and Parmesan. Stir together flour and polenta with any spices. I use salt, pepper, chives, chilli, oregano.. Whatever. Don't be shy it needs it. Mix wet with dry slowly but do not overmix, adding milk so batter is thick and just combined. Just under a cup should do it. It should be like muffin mix. Cook about 180c, hOw long will depend on your pan but loaf tin takes a good 40. Eat warm, freezes well. Yum

Sounds fab, except for the pesto...I'd add a vingarette (not a fan of basil, that's all ). But oh my goodness, Danish Feta is the BEST! Going to make this tomorrow.

I ate microwaved Papa John's pizza and washed it down with diet blackberry iced tea. My favorite thing to eat is pussy though. I don't eat it as much as I'd like but I digress.
Major fruit craving day today....woke up and had a teeny tiny green apple with a cup of tea then went to the dentist for a check-up (perfect teeth and gums thank you very much)... Back home, went for 4km run then breakfast, one boiled duck egg on organic German bread with vegemite and cottage cheese. Since then two more teeny tiny green apples, one medium red apple and I have half a honeydew melon in the fridge. Dont know why but today I'm massively craving all things fruit. Yesterday it was tomatoes.
I ate somewhat crappy today: - 2 bowls of Fruit Loops - I made this fajita enchilada thingy and had some zucchini and squash on the side - I also had some Peanut M&Ms
I have to admit, I was bad today… I had KFC. Not that I eat KFC often, but today was a blah kind of day and KFC was just right to not think anymore. Then I washed it down with a big glass of juice. OK, not too romantic, but like I said it was a blah kinda day.
Today started well with organic german bread, cottage cheese, vegemite and boiled eggs (after my morning run). But then I had a craving for salt and polished off half a bag of peanuts and upon getting to work I saw the biscuit tin had been refilled and polished off some of those too. WOOPS. Ah well, one bad day amongst many good isnt the end of the world. Is it? lol
