No, he doesn't. The Royal family doesn't even need the taxpayers- they've got so much money tied up in land, investments, and just about everything else on the planet because they've been around for a few hundred years.
Again, no. NO. British citizens contribute 1 Britsh pound per year to 'maintain' the Royals. It's a token amount, simply to recognize they exist. The Royal family is rich in it's own right.
