I was just going to eat the whole thing and pretend is was GREAT! ughhh.....I said it once and I'll say it again. I don't see how people date. On the one hand, she shouldn't have asked you to be honest if she wasn't prepared to hear the worst and on the other hand, most people (not just women) really don't want to hear the truth. People want to be praised. Honesty is not always the best policy.

It kinda sounds like she was fishing for compliments, which is silly imo. She shouldn't have asked for honesty if she didn't really want it. If she couldn't cook, she shoulda made sandwiches or something or just ordered food, lol.
