Yes, this all depends we are operating under the same definition of White. There's no definitive demarcation for any of these classifications however. In one case I'm using the standard of not being any less White because an Italian with darker/olive skin can be part of the same haplogroup as an Italian with lighter features, both without any or very little "admixture", but of course there are other reasons (cultural, general phenotype.etc..) why Italians are considered as White as any other group of White people.

 

Italians(and Irish) were called the niggers of europe by other whites.

Iranians are considered white as well.

 

NOBODY on Earth considers ethiopians mediterraneans.

Probably, I assume more so in Spain and Portugal, but don't quote me on that. The average White American probably has more SSA ancestry than your average Italian in Italy though....
