I don't date BM exclusively. I date who I have chemistry with and a majority of the time, it is black men. It doesn't mean that I hate my father, brothers, nephews, etc. The fact that I love and respect black men has absolutely nothing to do with my love or respect for WM. I'm insulted that notion was even brought up in this thread. That is something that I might have to explain to some dumbass that is against IR unions, but definitely not something that I should have to explain on a board that 'supposedly' celebrates WWBM relationships.

I love my mom, I was raised with respect for others in general by her and I prefer to date white women personally. My individual taste in women, that simple. Just like some guys prefer black women only. I have known some brothas that don't care to date interracially, it just doesn't do it for them and that is their choice.

The reasons and methodology behind an individuals personal desires and interests are varied. There is no one glove fits all, some men will respect women, some won't, some will date across the board, some won't. You have black men from Africa, Europe, Caribbean, South, America, African American, all with different cultural experiences that shaped their interests in white women. That's life.

For me I'm just compatible and comfortable with white girls. I can pursue common interests and be with someone I'm attracted to depending on the particular woman.
