Having a shitty week so far. Got a terrible cold (sore throat, can't breathe through my nose at all, feel like my head is sooo congested), and I have 3 midterms that will all take place in the next 7 days..... :smt085
Eh? I didn't know you are in school. Luckily no mid terms for me yet but I know your pain, good luck, and takes lot of nightquil for the cold, that's what I do. I'm so happy!! Today, finally, FINALLY, I broke 100 pounds for curling. I first did 90 how i usually do and notice that I finally could do 90 with no struggling, so I knew what that meant, time to attack the big boy, the 100, and just as I figured, the 100 pounds was indeed doable. I'm so celebrating this friday that's for sure.

My Dad got an endoscopy done a couple of weeks ago. They called last week to tell him he needed an appointment to get a cat scan of his neck. They found a mass in his neck with the endoscopy. ARGH. Now, we have to wait until Oct 12 before he has the cat scan. Hopefully it's nothing. I'm almost finished with Eat Pray Love and I've realized how much I need my own Eat Pray Love adventure. LOL. I can't afford it, so I guess I'll have to improvise. I need to find a way to reinvent my life.
Thank you all! I'll be praying for you as well.... My pops canceled his appointment for his and his doctor called him (they're friends) and he told him to please get the test done. He said they're (he's his surgeon and his Oncologist) worried about his lungs (he still smokes) and since he had Colon Cancer before, they don't want to play around. Pops agreed (thank God). I know it's so scary for them....
My Dad quit smoking like 15 years ago, but I know that doesn't mean anything. Playing the waiting game sucks. That has to be a relief that your Dad agreed to it after talking to his doctor friend. Hopefully all goes well with your Dad. He's in my thoughts and prayers.
I know that that helped in some fashion. Mine quit 2-3x, but we see that didn't work. He's killing himself... It sure does.... It's very scary. I'm worried about my aunt too... Then I hope my moms breasts biopsies come out okay too.... He had to be coaxed. I didn't know he canceled the appt... As my prayers are with you and wishing our fathers the best....
