New job = new way to show my awesome. I made a sale on my first night! With no background in telemarketing that's pretty damn good, especially since she was one of my first calls. I was kinda flying blind for the first few hours. Lol she called back tho, so I didn't make the sale official until literally as we were leaving for the night.

It was like a three point shot from half court at the buzzer. SWISH!

went to renew my daughters blue badge today but getting her wheelchair out i dropped it and it anded on my foot, all 25kg of it

the area of my foot turned a bluey black immediatly and had developed a lump within 15 minutes.

not one to give in i hobbled about leaning on her chair to run my errands before dropping her home to watch the match with him and taking myself to A&E.

doc took one look and started lecturing me on waiting 3 hours with what he said was an obviously broken foot before coming in

suitably chastized i went off for an xray.

the upshot is its not broken but ill still be off my feet for a week - 10 days and my toes are now going black too

i shouldnt be allowed out without supervision, lol

Well I'm about to drop 2+K large on a comic con booth for next year. To be honest I'm so excited but very scared at the same time. It's my first time really advertising and selling my product and while people have been receptive to my ideal, I'm not sure how that would truly transfer when it comes to dollars. One thing is for sure, Next year san diego comic con, I'm doing it big. I already have tons of ideals that I want to do.

Holy crap. My computer has a virus. I can't start AVG. It says it's infected. I can't even do a system restore, it says it's infected.

I'm on my Dad's computer right now, trying to find a way to restore my computer enough to do a scan.

HELP!!!!!!!!! WTF am I supposed to do now??

 

Sounds like you're going to have to wipe out your hard drive.

It happened to me earlier this year and I lost a lot of stuff I spent hours making.

Although I have a separate 1 Terabyte hard drive, I didn't save everything to it but I did save a lot to it.

I suggest you get a separate hard drive if you don't already have one to prevent anything like this from setting you back in the future.

Had to do a system recovery last year, but I had my external HD, so everything was good. Just had to reinstall programs, but I still had my files.

External HDs are getting extremely cheap. You can get a good sized one for around 60. I bought a 2 TB for 160 a couple months ago.
