Hi Jordan, I have missed this place and the folks here. Moving is always an adventure, and this time was no different.
The Kingdom of God is Within You - Leo Tolstoy Black Americans and the Living Constitution - John Hope Franklin The True Believer - Eric Hoffer
Sir Nose- to which planet have you moved? :smt119 How can you be absent such a long time? Nice to have you back..
LOL! That's the best way I could explain it. The first few chapters are slow. It was an excellent read though. Why Black Men Love White Women - Rajen Persaud It was mentioned earlier in the thread.
Hi, and thank you Christine. I am still on planet earth. I've been preoccupied for the last little bit.
Can anyone recommend the best book on Kinesiology (human movement) that I can get my hands on. There are many, but I'm interested in the book(s) that stand out as the best on the subject. For those of you in Physical Therapy, Personal Trainers or Fitness Trainers your recommendations would be welcome. It would someday be a minor for me to teach martial arts as a physical education science.
"The End of Work" by Jeremy Rifkin This book scares the shit out of me. It came out in the 1980's as a national bestseller on how advancing technology will radically change our economy and cause massive unemployment. That technology will be controlled by China, Japan and India because they will be the nations that will outproduce America and Europe in scientists and engineers.
Hmm let me see. Celia A Slave Frankenstien and 1984 I believe. That one was a while ago though. I'm a very slow reader.
