You're an adult. Wear what you want & not what other people think you should wear, especially if you feel comfortable & fits with your personality. Only time you should worry about what you wear if it's for a specific formal or business level occasion.

I've done some self-training today, & I have to say it put a smile on my face:) I really felt good. Even though I'm 46, I can still kick like I'm in my 20s which is good since I'm working on competing again. I felt confident. There is a saying in Taekwondo; "It more than just a kick & punch, It's more than a sport, it's a way of life". With a little more training, I should be a little bit more of a social person. Of course, I'll need to join a new Taekwondo school to get more of the perks. I'm way overdue for my 2nd Dan. I found a gym for my strength & conditioning part. I'll show some pics once I get settled in, & when I get a camera. In the meantime, I got a National Team to make.

Wait....so AmeriKKKa didn't literally implode (more so than it currently is) because of that Super Bowl halftime show? Goddamn snowflakes...SMDH.

Hahahaha...and I wonder how satisfied the snowflakes were with the oh-so-wholesome Kid Rock alternative half-time show? Kudos to Bad Bunny for interweaving the importance of Africa in Puerto Rico's culture into the halftime show, along with some modern political commentary about the island's status, the under-invested electrical utility, and the importance of all the nations in the Western Hemisphere in the definition of what makes an 'American'. Well done.

I have a question for all the single people

How many of you hate Valentine's day?

I’m indifferent, just wish I wouldn’t get asked when I’m going to stop spending it alone lol

    Yep.

I get tired of that as well. For whatever reason (and I swear it's not because I'm cheap, lol) I frequently am single and/or alone on Valentine's Day, and I get asked that all the time. I'm sure some of it could be curiosity because they're wondering where my partner is physically, but if we've recently broken up, it's the worst. Plus, all the cultural expectation that you should "have someone".

Hate the “have someone” explanation, even if it’s coming from a non malicious aspect. I appreciate you thinking of make a great partner or have too much going to be single but sometimes they forget not everybody wants to be in a relationship at that exact point in time.

Then you would know he 'rapped' this...
"Vino ready ya, puesta pa una cepillá
Me chupa la lollipop, solita se arrodilla, hey
¿Cómo te atreve', mami, a venir sin panti?"

This part from one of his songs was about a girl with no panties, on her knees sucking his lollipop.

Relationships take a lot of work, and it's work that not everyone is willing or capable of putting in at any given point in time.

I'm not his biggest fan, and I'm definitely not here to defend the lyrical content of much of reggaeton. I regard him much the same way I regard most mumble or trap rappers, but he does use his fame to draw attention to important issues facing the island. I prefer Tego Calderon and Calle 13. Nevertheless, there was much sociopolitical content in the imagery of the show, regardless of the trashy lyrics. And I also will be the first to admit that I wasn't really listening to the lyrics as much as I was waiting to see what topical content he was going to include.

The translation of the above slang is:
"She came ready to get brushed" (slang for sexed up; 'cepilla' is hairbrush, a reference to pubes brushing up against your partner's pubes during sex similar to the sense in which people talk about 'tapping' or 'waxing' their sexual partner)
"She sucked the lollipop, got on her knees on her own,
Hey baby, how you gonna come over here with no panties?"

And being raunchy does not preclude poliical viewpoints. All of the other visual imagery I noted in an earlier comment was definitely there and represented by the people dancing and the various activities taking place in the background. I can appreciate the references to structural poverty and underdevelopment, etc, because those are the reasons my grandmother left there in the 1920s, and they persist to this day. But your point is taken, he has raunchy lyrics. Like Uncle Luke from 2 Live Crew - as nasty as he wants to be, but still having something to contribute to the discourse.

The rockabilly 1950s classic 'Rocket in my Pocket' is about having an erection. 'House of the Rising Sun' by the Animals is about a life of dissipation from gambling, vice and prostitution. 'Mr. Brownstone' by Guns & Roses is about scoring heroin. And the list goes on and on. Popular culture is no place to draw moral instruction. 'They Not Like Us' is about accusations that Drake and crew engage in targeting of teenaged girls. I'm sure the lack of Spanish proficiency among most of the audience is why he got away with it, if he did, and I have heard worse language on Spanish Cuban rightwing a.m. radio when referencing former president Obama, and I'm sure the same is probably true in English.
