R.I.P. I really liked his role in Man In High Castle, among many others.

And R.I.P. to Don Rafael Ithier, leader of El Gran Combo and former member of Cortijo y Su Combo, both among my favorite orquestas.

Famed Director Rob Reiner and wife found stabbed to death in their home this afternoon...

Shocking and awful. I think they had to know their killer because stabbings usually are personal, and l would imagine they had good security protection.

    ****EDIT
    :
"Multiple sources tell PEOPLE that the killer was the couple's son, Nick Reiner
Nick Reiner previously spoke publicly about his long battle with drug addiction and periods of homelessness"

Nor surprised. A relative was my first thought.

    Also..
Throughout the 1970s, Rob starred as Michael Stivic -- also known as "Meathead" -- on the hit sitcom "All in the Family" ... for which he won two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

'General Hospital' Star Anthony Geary Dead at 78.
Anthony Geary, who famously played Luke Spencer on "General Hospital," died Sunday in Amsterdam ... according to a family member.

Anthony's official cause of death is unclear, but there are reports he died as a result of complications from a planned surgery in Amsterdam.

Anthony won eight Daytime Emmy Awards and is mostly known for his role on "General Hospital" ... though he also made appearances on "The Partridge Family," "The Mod Squad," "All in the Family" and "The Young and the Restless."

On "General Hospital," Anthony and Genie Francis became the signature couple among soap operas ... and when their characters got married in 1981, a whopping 30 million people tuned in for the TV nuptials, with Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor -- a huge 'GH' fan -- making a cameo.

    R.I.P Luke.
( coincidence that he also starred in All in the Family. )
